The PÄRNU HARMONICA FESTIVAL is the largest music festival in the Nordic and Baltic countries, where the main instrument is the harmonica. The international traditional music event will be held for the twenty-third time in Pärnu, Haapsalu and Tallinn (Estonia) on June 13-15, 2025, as well as the harmonica competition Baltic-Nordic OPEN with prize fund €500.
